Visual Studio Team System Quirks 2: Team System Build Type

In VSTS when you create a new Team System Build Type, there is a wizard which guides you through the process, essentially asking you what kind of build your are trying to create, as in questions such as:
From which workspace would you like to select solutions to build? What configurations would you like to build (Release, Debug)? On which machine would you like to build the selected solutions? Etc…

Finally it creates a build for you. However if like me you wanted to edit the build guess what?

There is no wizard or interface available to help you thru this. You need to edit the build type file which is generated by the wizard 😦
Though I must add there are umpteen comments within the file which tell you how to go about editing it.
However this is no substitute. It seems weird that there is no GUI to edit the build type.
